Work the Plant Floor and lead a team to operate a variety of different manufacturing equipment including batching systems, mixers, concrete press, advanced concrete processing machines, packaging equipment and forklift operation Quality control during all phases of the production process Comply with all safety and health regulations Assist maintenance employees with simple tasks to maintain equipment Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in specified work areas Participate within a team approach and family work environment that delivers excellence Create products that enrich and improve the lives of our customers The ideal candidate will be reliable and motivated to succeed in a team-oriented environment.
Skills and Requirements:
Working knowledge of machine operations in a manufacturing environment Strong Computer and Communication Skills Ability to train, coach and motivate a team of individuals to achieve pre-determined goals Impeccable Safety Record and working knowledge of OSHA Safety regulations Fundamental understanding of Preventative Maintenance Programs Basic knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot the following:
Electrical Systems Hydraulic Systems Pneumatic Systems Basic ability to read prints/schematics of the following types Electrical Hydraulic Pneumatic Structural Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications:
Experience 3 years:
Working Supervisor in a Manufacturing environment - Preferred Education High School Equivalent or higher - Preferred Technical/other training or higher - Preferred #INHPOH.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
