When end-of-life care is necessary, patients and their families are in their most vulnerable time.
Our Ohio-based management team, through our locally-based clinicians, can respond to the needs of our patients in a timely and appropriate manner because we are local.

We don't require high caseloads or unmanageable quotas, which gives our team more time with each of their patients.

Develop and implement Volunteer Training Program.
Recruit and train volunteers.
Develop and maintain volunteer retention programs.
Assures compliance with all regulatory issues related to volunteers.
Develop programs that maximize the use of volunteers in both clinical and administrative services.
Assumes other duties as developed by the Director of Operations Assists in the recruitment, training and development of all volunteer programs as needed.
Qualifications:
Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and the ability to speak before groups with sensitivity and compassion.
Significant group organizational experience.
Volunteer experience desired, particular in recruitment, training, and supervision of volunteers.
Knowledge of hospice.
Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
Demonstrates excellent observation, problem solving, verbal and written communications.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
